Originally opened in 1959 and then reorganized in 1993, Boryspil International Airport serves the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, from the city of BorysPil. It is the country's largest airport. It is one of two passenger airports that serve Kiev along with the smaller Zhulyany Airport. Boryspil International Airport is a member of Airports Council International.
